For countless children facing a terminal illness or severe disability, a dream allows them to escape, if only for a few minutes, from the almost daily routine of hospital visits, painful treatments and constant pain. Making their dreams a reality is truly an uplifting experience, which dramatically impacts their lives.

Since 1987, A World of Dreams Foundation has brought countless smiles to terminally, critically and chronically ill children across Canada. In order to better respond to the province's growing number of requests, we have recently decided to re-focus our efforts solely on Quebec. This decision will allow for a better, more concentrated and effective use of our resources.. We create magical moments and bring happiness to these special children and their families. Over the years, popular dream requests included trips to Walt Disney World, computers or meeting a sports or media celebrity. No dream is too big or too small. The possibilities are as endless as a child ’s imagination. With your generosity, we can make a child’s dream happen.
